Painter & Decorator

Riverview Recruitment are delighted to be working with a prestigious client who are looking to add a Painter & Decorator to their estates team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

The Primary purpose of the post is to ensure all painting/decorating and associated work requests that support maintenance are completed by agreed deadlines and to a high standard of workmanship.

For this role you will maintain all areas within all areas with tasks including wall and ceiling preparation, painting walls ceilings and woodwork.

Hours of work 1 week of early shift (7am – 3.30pm) and 1 week of late shift (11am – 7pm) Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

• City & Guilds 6707 level 2 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent.

• Ideally at least two years practical experience in a similar commercial maintenance role.

• Experience of working in a varied environment.

• Good timekeeping and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate professionally at all levels within a diverse and global community.

• Must be able to work on own initiative but also work well as a team.

• Health & Safety conscious.
